Tod Lee Stewart

Tod Lee StewartTod Lee Stewart is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Arizona Bar Association, and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association since 1997.

Mr. Stewart graduated from Arizona State University in Phoenix, Arizona in 1993. Mr. Stewart received his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University where he "Graduated with Distinction" in 1996. Mr. Stewart's other accomplishments include; Associate Editor, Pharmacy Law Journal, 1st Place and "Best Oralist Award" at the 17th Annual Administrative Law Moot Court Competition, and he is the published author of "Getting high with a little help from the Feds" 6 Oh N.J. Pharm I. Law (1996).


Bethany Torgersen


Bethany TorgersenBethany Torgersen is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Arizona Bar Association, and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.

Ms. Torgersen graduated from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah, May 2001, and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, Tucson, Arizona, in May 2004. Ms. Torgersen's specialized education includes a Master of Laws Degree in Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy also from the U of A College of Law, in May 2005.
Ms. Torgersen has been involved in the representation of indigent criminal defendants sentenced to life imprisonment or death row through the Arizona Capital Representation Project and the Arizona Justice Project. Ms. Torgersen was a Law Clerk in Pima County Superior Court, and Pascua Yaqui Supreme Court.
